Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread (white, wheat, or your choice)
- 2 tablespoons of butter (softened)
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese (or any cheese you like)
Instructions:
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, on the skillet.
- Add the cheese slices on top of the bread.
- Place the second slice of bread on top, buttered side up.
- Grill the sandwich for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Remove from the skillet, cut in half, and serve warm.
