Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of bread (white, wheat, or your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons of butter (softened)
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese (or any cheese you like)

Instructions:

  1. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, on the skillet.
  4. Add the cheese slices on top of the bread.
  5. Place the second slice of bread on top, buttered side up.
  6. Grill the sandwich for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  7. Remove from the skillet, cut in half, and serve warm.
